This quadruple 2-input positive-AND gate is built using advanced dual metal CMOS technology. The ALVC08 performs the Boolean function Y = A
- B or Y = A + B in positive logic. The ALVC08 has been designed with a ±24m A output driver. This driver is capable of driving a moderate to heavy load while maintaining speed performance.
