  • Equivalent to FAST output drive over full temperature and voltage supply extremes.

  • CMOS power levels (1mW typ. static).
  • TTL input and output level compatible.
  • CMOS output level compatible.
  • Substantially lower input current levels than FAST (5µA max. ).
