DESCRIPTION The ICS843301I-108 is a 75MHz Frequency IC S Generator and a member of the Hi Per Clocks TM Hi Per Clock S™ family of high perfor mance devices from IDT. The ICS843301I-108 uses a 20MHz crystal to synthesize 75MHz output. The device supports 0.5% downspread spread spectrum clocking. The ICS843301I108 has excellent <1ps phase jitter performance, over an integration range of 900k Hz - 7.5MHz. The device is packaged in a small 8-pin TSSOP, making it ideal for use in systems with limited board space. FEATURES - One differential 3.3V or 2.5V LVPECL output - Crystal oscillator interface designed for 20MHz, 18p F parallel resonant crystal - Output frequency: 75MHz - Supports SSC, 0.5% downspread - RMS phase jitter @ 75MHz, using a 20MHz crystal (900k Hz - 7.5MHz): 0.73ps (typical) - Full 3.3V or 2.5V operating supply - -40°C to 85°C ambient operating temperature - Available in both standard (Ro HS 5) and lead-free (Ro HS 6) packages SSC FUNCTION TABLE ..
