EN2340QI Overview
The EN2340QI is a Power System on a Chip (PowerSoC) DC-DC converter. It integrates MOSFET switches, small-signal control circuits, pensation and an integrated inductor in an advanced 8x11x3mm QFN module. It offers high efficiency, excellent line and load regulation over temperature and up to the full 4A load range.
