ET6160LI Description
The Intel® Enpirion® ET6160LI is a monolithic Smart Power Stage with integrated current and temperature monitors. The power stage is optimized to operate with the ED8401 scalable multi-phase controller. The ET6160LI monolithic output stage offers high system efficiency while offering high switching frequencies from 500kHz to 1MHz.
