Introduction The Mobile Intel® Pentium® 4 processor supporting Hyper-Threading Technology on 90-nm process technology is a follow on to the Mobile Intel Pentium 4 processor on 130-nm process technology in the 478-pin package with enhancements to the Intel NetBurst® microarchitecture. The processor utilizes Flip-Chip Pin Grid Array (FC-mPGA4) package technology, and plugs into a zero insertion force (ZIF) socket.
