Description
The -15V Inter FET VCR4N Voltage Controlled Resistor JFET are targeted for high input impedance applications. Gate leakages are less than 10p A at room temperatures. The resistance range of the VCR4N is 200 Ohms to 600 Ohms. The TO-18 package is hermetically sealed and suitable for military applications.
