VCR4N Overview
The -15V InterFET VCR4N Voltage Controlled Resistor JFET are targeted for high input impedance applications. Gate leakages are less than 10pA at room temperatures. The resistance range of the VCR4N is 200 Ohms to 600 Ohms.
