Vclamp 39V typ. Current shutdown 65A min. Applications  Glow plug  PTC Description The AUIPS6121R is a fully protected four terminal high side switch. It features current sensing, over-current, overtemperature, ESD protection and drain to source active clamp. Shutdown type of protection provides a good reliability under short circuit condition. The Ifb pin provides both an analog feedback during normal operation and a digital flag when the part is in protection mode.
