IR2109PBF Description
The IR21091(S) are high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT drivers with dependant high and low side referenced output channels. Proprietary HVIC 8 Lead PDIP 8 Lead SOIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable rugge- dized monolithic construction. The logic input is patible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output, down to 3.3V logic.
