IR2125S Description
The IR2125(S) is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with over-current limiting protection circuitry. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. Logic inputs are patible with 16-Lead SOIC 8-Lead PDIP standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 2.5V (Wide Body) logic.
