IR3638SPBF Description
The IR3638 controller IC is designed to provide a simple synchronous Buck regulator for on-board DC to DC applications in a 14-pin SOIC. The IR3638 is designed specifically for tracking applications by providing the track input. The IR3638 operates at a fixed internal 400kHz switching frequency allowing the use of small external ponents.
