Overview
The IRS20957S is a high voltage, high speed MOSFET driver with a floating PWM input designed for Class D audio amplifier applications. Bi-directional current sen sing detect s over curr ent condition s duri ng posit ive and negative load cu rrents without a ny external shunt re sistors.
