© 2008 International Rectifier 2 IRS2123S, IRS2124S Description The IRS2123S/IRS2124S are high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT drivers. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The logic input is patible with standard CMOS outputs.
