IRS2552D Description
The IRS2552D incorporates a high voltage half-bridge gate driver with a front end that incorporates full control functionality for CCFL/EEFL ballasts. Includes a programmable ignition and supports dimming via analog or PWM control voltage. HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction.
