HYBRID-HIGH RELIABILITY RADIATION HARDENED DC-DC CONVERTER PD-97820A M3G-SERIES 120V Input, Single/Dual Output Description The M3G-Series of DC-DC converters are radiation hardened, high reliability converters designed for extended operation in hostile environments. Their small size and low weight make them ideal for applications such as geostationary earth orbit satellites and deep space probes. They exhibit a high tolerance to total ionizing dose, single event effects and environmental stresses such as temperature extremes, mechanical shock, and vibration.
