The IR2184(4)(S) are high voltage, Crosshigh speed power MOSFET and IGBT Input conduction Part Dead-Time Ground Pins Ton/Toff logic prevention drivers with dependent high and low logic side referenced output channels. The 2184 Internal 500ns IN/SD yes 680/270 ns logic input is patible with standard 21844 Program 0.4 ~ 5 us VSS/ CMOS or LSTTL output, down to 3.3V logic.
