ACTS245MS
Overview
The Intersil ACTS245MS is a Radiation Hardened octal non-inverting bidirectional bus transceiver intended for two-way asynchronous communication between data busses. The ACTS245MS utilizes advanced CMOS/SOS technology to achieve high-speed operation.
