They are available in quad (EL5127), octal (EL5227), 10-Channel (EL5327), and 12-Channel (EL5427) topologies. All buffers feature a -3dB bandwidth of 2.5MHz and operate from just 133µA per buffer. This family also features a continuous output drive capability of 30mA (sink and source). The quad channel EL5127 is available in the 10 Ld MSOP package.
