Employing monolithic bipolar construction coupled with Dielectric Isolation, these devices are capable of delivering 200V/µs slew rate with a settling time of 70ns (0.1%, 5V output step). These truly differential amplifiers are designed to operate at gains ≥ 5 without the need for external compensation.
