ICL828 Description
ICL828 TM Data Sheet June 2000 File Number 4835.1 Switched-Capacitor Voltage Inverter The ICL828 IC performs supply voltage conversions from positive to negative for an input range of +1.5V to +5.5V resulting in plementary output voltages of -1.5V to -5.5V. The ICL828 has a 12kHz internal oscillator and requires two capacitors to invert the supply voltage. Cascading may be made to increase the output voltage.
