ISL9220B - Switching Charger

General Description

PIN PIN # NAME 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10, 11 12 13, 14 15, 16 17 18 19 DESCRIPTION STAT2 Open-drain indication pin.

In conjunction with STAT1 this pin provides a unique indication for each charging state of the cycle.

This pin is capable to sink 10mA minimum current to drive an LED.

Switching Charger for 1-Cell Li-ion Batteries ISL9220B The ISL9220B is a cost-effective and versatile battery charger for 1-cell Li-Polymer based portable applications. The device features synchronous PWM technology, maximizing power efficiency, thus minimizing charge time and heat.
