Intersil EL5236
The EL5236 is a dual, low noise, 300MHz Gain Bandwidth product Voltage Feedback Op Amp (VFA). The minimum operating gain of 2 comes with a very low input noise voltage of 1.5nV/ Hz and 1.8pA/ Hz current noise. FEATURES
The minimum operating gain of 2 comes with a very low input noise voltage of 1.5nV/ Hz and 1.8pA/Hz current noise. Each channel requires only 5.8mA on a ±6V supply. Minimal performance change over a supply range of ±2.5V to ±6V is provided (or single +5V ->+12V). Where system power is paramount, the EL5237 dual with disable allows the amplifiers to be separately powered down to less than 20µA/Ch.
