EL5285 is Dual 4ns High-Speed Comparator manufactured by Intersil.
features two separate parators
The EL5285 is available in the 14-pin SO package and is specified for operation over the full -40°C to +85°C temperature range. Also available are a single (EL5185), window parator (EL5287), and quad versions (EL5485 and EL5486).
