HCS14MS Overview
A1 1 14 VCC The Intersil HCS14MS is a Radiation Hardened HEX Invert- Y1 ing Schmitt trigger. A high on any input forces the output to a A2 Low state. This device is a member of Y3 6 9 A4 radiation hardened, high-speed, CMOS/SOS Logic Family.
