Intersil HFA1205
The HFA1205 is a dual, high speed, low power current feedback amplifier built with Intersil’s proprietary complementary bipolar UHF-1 process. These amplifiers deliver 425MHz bandwidth and 1350V/μs slew rate, on only 60mW of quiescent power.
