The ISL71148M is a radiation tolerant 8-channel high precision 14-bit, 900/480ksps SAR Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC).

The ADC core is preceded by eight fully differential analog input channels, a buffered 8-to-1 multiplexer, and a PGA (Programmable Gain Amplifier).
