ISL75054M Overview
The ISL75054M is a radiation tolerant low dropout linear regulator with ultra-low noise and high PSRR intended for ADC, RF, and other noise sensitive applications. The device has an operating supply voltage range of 2.7V to 30V and an output voltage range of 0.5V to VIN - VDO. Built-in protection includes VIN - VOUT foldback current limiting, externally programmable current limit, and over-temperature protection.
