Description
The HA-2840/883 is a wideband, very high slew rate, operational amplifier featuring superior speed and bandwidth characteristics. It also Features trimmed supply current, which minimizes supply current (and thus A.C. parameter) variation over process and temperature extremes. For example, the ICC variation over the entire military temperature range is typically less than 0.5mA. Bipolar construction, coupled with dielectric isolation, delivers outstanding performance in circuits with closed loop gains ≥10.
