The HFA1245 is a dual, high speed, low power current feedback amplifier built with Intersil’s proprietary plementary bipolar UHF-1 process.
The HFA1245 Features individual TTL/CMOS patible disable controls. When pulled low they disable the corresponding amplifier, which reduces the supply current and forces the output into a high impedance state.
