JR0805B Overview
Description
Because of highly sensitive triggering levels, the JR0805 SCR series are suitable for all applications where the available gate current is limited, such as hair straighteners and flame igniters. JR0805A provides insulation voltage rated at 2500V RMS from all three terminals to external heatsink.
