General Description
s PACKAGE OUTLINE The NJM2644 is a 2-phase DC brushless motor pre-driver IC.
It incorporates Lock Detect and Auto Protection circuit for safety operation.
Especially, 1:10 ON/OFF duty ratio while motor is locked reduces heat generation in motor windings.
