NJW1280 - High Capacitance Piezo-sounder Driver

General Description

NJW1280 is a driver for large-capacity piezo-sounder.

With the built-in charge pump circuit and differential output, it is enabling to output 30Vpp with 5V single power supply, and can be configure a large-capacity 30nF piezo-sounder with four external capacitors.
