NJW1280 Description
NJW1280 is a driver for large-capacity piezo-sounder. With the built-in charge pump circuit and differential output, it is enabling to output 30Vpp with 5V single power supply, and can be configure a large-capacity 30nF piezo-sounder with four external capacitors. The operating voltage of NJW1280 is 2.0V to 5.5V, and it can be used with coin type batteries or Li-ion batteries.
