  • Transient protection for data lines to IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) Air discharge mode: ±15kV, Contact discharge mode: ±8kV.
  • Small package for use in portable equipment.
  • Full lead(Pb)-free device and RoHS compliant.
  • Available in “Green” device.
