TECHNICAL DATA .. Hex Schmitt-Trigger Inverter High-Speed Silicon-Gate CMOS The KK74ACT14 is identical in pinout to the LS/ALS14, HC/HCT14. The KK74ACT14 may be used as a level converter for interfacing TTL or NMOS outputs to High Speed CMOS inputs. The KK74ACT14 is useful to “square up” slow input rise and fall times.
