General Description

The KTC-FC1325AG single chip controller is designed for the high capacity and high performance USB Interface Flash Drives.

The controller is fully compatible with USB 1.1/2.0 interface, and support the USB Mass Storage Command Protocol.

The controller can support HDD/FDD function via one switch.

The controller is fully compatible with USB 1.1/2.0 interface, and support the USB Mass Storage Command Protocol. The controller can support HDD/FDD function via one switch. Besides, the controller can set LED Flashing type via MP software. The controller (LQFP–64) support up to 8 Renesas 1-Gbit AGAND type Flash Memory devices without any additional circuit. On the other hand, the controller (LQFP-48) can support up to 4 Renesas 1-Gbit AG-AND type Flash Memory devices without any additional circuits.
