Description
The Blue source color devices are made with Al In Ga N on Al2O3 substrate Light Emitting Diode. The Super Bright de vice is based on a light emitting diode chip made from Al Ga In P and bonded on silicon substrate. The Green source color devices are made with Al In Ga N on Sapphire Light Emitting Diode. Static electricity and surge damage the LEDS. It is remended to use a wrist band or anti-electrostatic glove when handling the LEDs. All devices, equipment and machinery must be electrically grounded.
