The KP52140X(A) is easy-to-use synchronous buck converters capable of driving up to 1-A load current.
With a wide input range of 6V to 40V, the device is suitable for a wide range of applications for power conditioning from an unregulated source.
With integrated high-side P-Channel MOSFET and low-side N-Channel MOSFET, the KP52140X(A) eliminates external bootstrap capacitor and Schottky diode.
