ML22Q321 is ADPCM Speech Synthesis LSI manufactured by LAPIS.
DESCRIPTION
The ML22321/ML22Q321, which include mask ROM and Flash memory for storing speech data, respectively, are speech synthesis LSIs which can control speech playback utilizing a serial interface. It includes speaker amplifier and 16bit DA Converter, so it is possible to have high quality sound and solution for playback with 1chip.
