The LC46X products are versatile 1x Active EMI management IC’s designed to provide system wide reduction of Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) from clock and data sources.

Features

  • FCC approved method of EMI attenuation.
  • Generates a 1X low EMI Phase Modulated replication of the input signal.
  • Vdd 1.6V - 3.6V, 20 MHz to 38 MHz.
  • Multiple Deviation Options.
  • 4-pin μDFN package.
  • Slew rate controlled buffer for enhanced EMI reduction.
  • Operating Temperature -40ºC to 125ºC for Automotive AEC-Q100 Product.
