General Description
The LITEON LTV-172A consists of an aluminum gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET in a SOP4 package, which is suitable for surface mount assembly.
The LTV-172A is suitable for the battery management systems which require space savings.
