LB5954L - True-RMS Power Sensor

Description

The LB5954L is a high accuracy True-RMS Power Sensor for general purpose use.

The sensor utilizes a highly accurate, thermally stabilized, two path, RMS responding, square law diode detection scheme.

The sensor makes accurate measurements on any signal regardless of its modulation bandwidth.

Features

  • Frequency Range: 9 kHz to 54 GHz.
  • Dynamic Range: -60 dBm to +26 dBm below 44GHz.
  • Dynamic Range: -50 dBm to +18 dBm above 44GHz.
  • < 1.28:1 Typical VSWR @44GHz.
  • < 1.94:1 Typical VSWR @54GHz.
  • 2.77% Typical total RSS error @44GHz (With well-matched DUT. Example on page 13 of this document).
  • 3.73% Typical total RSS error @54GHz.
  • Standard connector: High quality 2.4mm male.
  • RMS Responding & modulation independent.
  • Interfaces: USBTMC and USBHID - Option.
