  • I Small size/surface-mount packaging I Monolithic IC reliability I Low impulse noise I Make-before-break, break-before-make operation I Clean, bounce-free switching I Low, matched ON-resistance I Built-in current limiting, thermal shutdown, and SLIC protection I 5 V only operation, very low power consumption I Battery monitor, all OFF state upon loss of battery I No EMI I Latched logic level inputs, no drive circuitry I Only one external protector required.
