T he LTB3468 Series Modules are low-cost 2488Mb/s downstream and 1244Mb/s upstream GPON bidirectional transceivers designed to meet the requirements of the ITU-T G.984.2 and the ITU-T G.984.5 specifications for point-to-multi point service in advanced “triple play” Optical Network Termination (ONT) or Optical Network Unit (ONU) equipment. They incorporate a high performance 1310nm burst mode DFB transmitters and 1490nm CW mode APD receivers.
