The LT ®1389 is a nanopower, precision shunt voltage reference. The bandgap reference uses trimmed precision thin-film resistors and improved curvature correction techniques to achieve 0.05% initial voltage accuracy with guaranteed 10ppm/°C maximum temperature drift.
