DESCRIPTION
: Excellent unidirectional switches for phase control applications such as heating and motor speed controls. Sensitive gate SCRs are easily triggered with microAmps of current as furnished by sense coils, proximity switches, and microprocessors.FEATURES AND BENEFITS
