S8X8TS Description
This new ponent series offers high static dv/dt and low turn off time (tq) sensitive SCR. It is specifically designed for Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) and Gas Ignition applications. All SCRs junctions are glasspassivated to ensure long term reliability and parametric stability.
