The SDP TwinChip™ Series provides overvoltage protection on the secondary side of the coupling transformer used in xDSL driver circuits. This SDP0242Q12F provides a fast switching, robust, solution that is referenced to neither ground nor power. This prevents the surge events from the being dumped into these rails.
