Description The SZSMF series is designed to protect sensitive system or ponents from high voltage, high energy transients. It offers a fast response time, low Zener impedance, high surge capability and excellent clamping capability. Because of its small size, it is ideal for use in cellular phones, portable devices, business machines, power supplies and other industrial / consumer applications.
