LP6255 Description
The LP6255 is a Synchronous current mode boost DC-DC converter with external N-channel MOSFET for large power output. Programmable high switching frequency allows wide application range and easy setting with a few capacitors or resistors. Its error amplifier is connected to an internal 1.31V precision reference voltage.
