IS32IO1028
Description
The IS32IO1028 is a LIN transceiver designed according to the LIN specification 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 2.2A and SAEJ2602-2, with a built-in low-drop voltage regulator (3.3V or 5V up to 100m A supply). The bination of voltage regulator and bus transceiver makes it possible to develop simple slave nodes in LIN bus systems. The IS32IO1028 is designed to handle the low-speed data munication in vehicles (for example, in convenience electronics). Improved slope control at the LIN driver ensures secure data munication up to 20k Baud. The bus output is designed to withstand high voltage. Sleep mode (voltage regulator switched off) and standby mode (munication off but VCC LDO on) ensure minimum current consumption.
